We loved this hotel!! Highlights for us were the valuable local knowledge the staff provided (especially Victoria), the bed and size of the room, the rooftop pool (this seems to be a rare treat at BA hotels), and lastly the best meal we had the entire trip was at the HG restaurant underneath the hotel. We only have great things to say of this hotel and would definitely return if we are ever again in BA. We also found the fierro blog Insidebuenosaires.com full of the best advise for things to do

The staff was super friendly and helpful. But my favorite part of the hotel has to be the bed. It was ridiculously comfortable that my husband and I could sleep in till 2:30pm everyday! It was like sleeping on a cloud! The breakfast also served freshly-squeezed orange juice, which was a nice touch.

Huge room and a bathroom with a separate toilet. The location is fabulous, just round the corner from the cemetery, the craft market and lots of restaurants. Great location around Recoleta. Very close to many tourist attractions such as the Recoleta Cemetery and Teatro Colon. Friendly staff, most spoke English very well. Breakfast was minimal but enjoyable because there were no time constraints. I highly recommend a restaurant down the street called 'Cumana'-- try the locro! -

The hotel was clean and our room was spacious with a small balcony on the main street. Staff were courteous and very helpful with providing directions, booking cabs etc. The location is perfect. Close to shopping, restaurants and many attractions. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to family and friends. -
