The hotel is in a very pleasant and safe part of Recoleta, not far from the famous cemetary. It is modern and well furnished with large bathrooms. The staff are generally helpful and speak English. I stayed here in spring and booked a couple of months in advance was fantastic value for money. Staff is so friendly and so helpful by all means. Price was very reasonable versus what you get. Big bathroom, clean bed, good location close ro tge center, overall I'd stay there again.

The rooms, although modern, have a bizarre black and purple colour scheme with black carpets. My main gripe was that internet access in the rooms costs and additional 9 usd per day. There is however internet access in the lobby. A little noisy, get earplugs if you are light sleeping oerson. a little outdated. The hotel is rather dark and loud (at least my room was). There was only one dim light in the bathroom and no windows so it remained very dim all the time. Wish the breakfast menu would change - we were there for 7 nights and eating the exact same breakfast items. More light in the rooms - it was dimly lit. The room was very dark, black/ very dark purple walls. It would be nicer if they painted with lighter colors. The breakfast looked good but tasted low quality and old... Instant coffee, juice which was too sugary, green scrambled eggs, and brownish fruit salad. Room was basic - no kettle, hairdryer. Room too dark. Breakfast room too small. Room was a bit basic- no kettle or hairdryer. I haven't received any invoice yet. I'm not able to contact them due to wrong email address. No business cards were available. Free wifi only in The lobby. Rooms were very dark painted, not as on the pictures. Bad tub was really small, only showers for people my length (1.80 cm). We asked for a cab to the airport at reception. However they confirmed everything, the cab was in fact reserved on an incorrect hour. No room wi-fi. Rooms are ridiculously dark without ample lighting to suit customers. The check-out was laughable, as they wanted all of my credit card details (inc security code) after payment had been authorised and completed. Never, ever will I step foot in that place again. I feel sorry for the staff as they have to face the music for the clowns who set the policies. Abysmal. The pictures of the rooms on the website look too different than what the rooms actually look like. I thought the room was much bigger. Also, the rooms need more light. There are too many small lights and the room needs one big light. The room is small!. Staff in the reception was not able to order taxi and didn't speak english. Very small elevator - not for peple with backpack. Rooms very dark and small uncomfortable Staff not very attentive Very much simple Ellevators very much smalls. staff, interior design, elevators (small and tricky doors), 9 dollars per day for wifi in the room, cheap finishings and materials. The hotel administration is constantly trying to cheat you: WLAN promised free everywhere, but you have to pay for it in your room, the price is indicated in US dollars, but their exchange rate is more then 5% higher then official... Rooms and facilities not as expected and showed in the photos. Price is excesively high for the quality of room and services. I had to move to a different hotel with better rooms and facilities for less money. no breakfast dark rooms until they cleaned the room it was 4 PM.
