The staff were great and we loved the b&b. we had the top floor to ourselves which meant we didn't have to share the bathroom with anyone which was a relief. The breakfast was basic but nice and the terrace was lovely.
The room and the friendly staff
Staff is very friendly. The hotel is in Palermo,good restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood.Perfect place for young people to make party. You can walk to Plaza Italia to the Metrostation and Bus. 2 Minutes walk to Plaza Serano.
Very loud! You can hear everything from the noisy street.
I liked the room, the roof terrace, the atmosphere, the security, the breakfast and the staff.
The shower was useless, even after I asked for it to be mended. It was noisy outside the hotel on 2 nights until 4am!
The neighborhood was funky and somewhat interesting; the B&B was adequate for the money.
The staff was friendly and helpful, but the other guests not so which was surprising in a B&B. (That's why I choose a B&B over a hotel.) There was no hot water in the bathroom sink, and the overall water pressure at times was very low. It appears that the staff was aware of the problem, but failed to mention it when I took the room. Also, the common area is dominated by a large screen tv which is on 24/7--not conducive to conversation. The area is dark and drear as well. Not inviting.
Good location
Safe and AC didnt work. Also shower was disconfortable, it was broken on the top, so water would go everywhere. Result: whole bathroom flooded.
