The staff was quite helpful, and the manager seemed to have the solution to any issue that came up at her fingertips. It was a quite pleasant trip thanks to her, and the whole staff was focused on making sure we were satisfied the whole time. Oh, and EVERY local restaurant they recommended was awesome! -

I was bringing my son back after the Easter weekend and didn't want
to drive back home that evening. I also didn't want to spend a lot
for basically just a night's sleep. We usually stay at the Atherton
but when I went online they wanted $30.00 more for a room than than the

I participated in a conference at Penn State University.I was out the door ar 8am and coming back after 9 pm. I didn't have much time to take advantages of facilities. I liked the location, it was walking distance from Alumni building.I liked the fact that I could open the window to get fresh air and hearthe birds in the morning.

stay and we had not planned on it. Our reservation was made a 11:30pm as
we drove to the motel. Our reservation had not made it but we were
treated as if it had at check in. They supplied us with tooth brushes
and things which was appreciated.

Every member of the staff we interacted with was polite and extremely helpful. In a lovely setting and a great stop off on the way to Niagara from DC. The hotel was very quiet when we stayed so not sure if this is a good representation but the room was fine, clean and comfortable. Very quiet too. The restaurant is good and both dinner and breakfast were lovely.

GREAT value! The hotel was so close to Penn State which was the reason for our trip. The staff was friendly and professional and the hotel was clean and had free wi-fi. The price was a real bargain. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again if the need arises. -

I can't say enough about this place. I am always a bit leary when
booking at a motel, but I need not have worried at the Nittany Budget

Motel old but ok. We were out to hike in Rothrock S.P. and the location was excellent. A good surprise was Harner's Farm shop right across the road, that was a great place for buying apples & co. and our son loved the corn maze and the halloween spooks.
