Very friendly and helpful staff. Our first time in Dallas, went to football game. They helped us with taxis and restaurants. -

Loved being able to walk across the parking lot/ street and get to the stadium. Super handy that there was a gas station nearby and within easy walking distance to Walgreens and Walmart.
The staff was super kind to us at check in, allowing us to get into our room quickly and even offered us milk for the kids. :) There was a question regarding pay

Pool was accessible past the time it closed if you had a special code to go in during your stay. The staff/cleaning ladies were nice, and easy to approach at if you needed any clean towels n supplies during our stay of 5 days. The air conditioner was real cold all the time and the beds were very comfortable.

Staff was extremely friendly and assisted me with an earlier check in time with a different room at the same rate. Housekeeping was making their rounds as i checked in and were extremely helpful with extra towels and bathroom needs -

The room was very nice and it was very CLEAN! It had nice updated fixtures and the colors of the room made it come to life, it didn't seem like "another boring hotel room". We loved that we had a fridge and iron board, iron, hair dryer, & closet space! Traveling with little ones made the stay that much more easier. Mainly we really appreciated

for my needs as it was only a short drive downtown but priced at 50% of
the downtown hotel rates. Caters to Medical Center patients so a very
quiet hotel. Will stay there again if the price remains the same (<
$125.00/night)

Beautiful and very pleasant. Everyone was so helpful. Bell men took care
of us very well. I wish I had gotten their names but unfortunately I
failed to get the names. We plan on putting Austin as our yearly
vacation with our grandchildren.

After traveling from Arizona to San Antonio in our way to Alabama, this
is the best inn that we found. Non only was almost luxury for the price,
but the staff was superior. We were surprise pleased and I recommend
