La comodidad, el espacio, la tranquilidad y el precio. - Es un hotel céntrico, muy cerca de la avenida Pennsylvania, y a unos metros de una estación de subway. Las habitaciones son amplias, muy confortables e impecables. Lo recomiendo mucho, con gusto repetiría mi estancia.

It's about 3 blocks away from the Metro which made it very easy getting to all tourist attractions. It was great to have a kitchen with us. I didn't find a supermarket close by, by CVS next door had many choices for us to make sandwiches to bring with us to our tours.
The front desk was very nice as well as the rest of the staff.

Everything, the staff were always pleasant everywhere, check in, valet parking, breakfast attendants and room cleaning, always lovely.The location was perfect too. We had a room with a kitchenette and this was a nice roomy area to spread out in. We will definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to get back to DC!

El hotel en Washington es hermoso, me gusto mucho la habitación, la cama super comoda y el servicio de internet wi-fi excelente. La ubicacion del hotel en un sector tan bonito fue excelente ya que pudimos en todo momento caminar los lugares turisticos y volver al hotel a pie y eso fue excelente!! ... lo que la gente dice » ación ya estaba lista y eso se los agradezco mucho - Muy buena ubicación, al lado de todos los puntos de interés turístico (casa blanca, monumento a washington, museos, etc...). Tenia internet wifi gratis en todo el hotel, y la habitación era muy completa y muy cómoda.

Es un hotel excelente, limpio con un personal agradable. El desayuno completo con una fruta buenisima.Las habitaciones muy ampliasd y el barrio perfecto. esta un poco alejado del centro pero el metro no esta lejos. Poe la noche hay muy buen ambiente en la calle M que esta muy cerca. - Su localización cerca de una calle comercial y de restaurantes.

LOVED the setup - new and fresh interior, comfortable beds, wonderful kitchen, everything for a classy home away from home. Concierge staff were excellent and the location was brilliant - easy access to the Metro, easy to walk to the Smithsonian Museums or the Capitol Building. Everything exceeded out expectations... - Mark delivered as promised.

The Staff was overwhelmingly wonderful. Paul was very nice; but Bernard was outstanding. He went far beyond the call of duty making us feel comfortable. I would stay at the facility again if a need should arise. It was conveniently located an for the money, could not do better. Thanks for the Hospitality.

Great place to stay if you know what you are going for. It does not have a front desk. It's all through a password you'll get in the e-mail. It's actually a house in those english styles neighborhoods. Everything inside was clean and nice. The room had a private bathroom which is great. The internet was also very fast. I totally recomend the place

As long as you understand that this is a "guest house," not a
hotel, not a b & b, and you understand that it is converted old
home, you should have a wonderful time. Don't expect the staffing of
a hotel. I chose it for the convenience to the Medstar Hospital complex
and it was very easy to travel there. I loved the availability of shared
kitchen and living spaces. The owner was very friendly, helpful and
concerned that my stay was a success.

The one bedroom suite we had was well appointed, appealing and
comfortable. The price was reasonable and the location was wonderfully
close to the attractions we wanted to see. The rooftop courtyard was a
nice bonus - we could see a number of recognizable memorials /
attractions from it. The parking took a couple fo turns around the block
before I identified it, but the parking staff were excellent. Also, the
parking price was one of the best for the accomodations I considered.

Really great location on a busy street but the apartment faces the internal courtyard so is very quiet. The AC is also whisper quiet...a rarity around the US!
