Pool was under construction so we were disappointed when we found out
because that is one of the reasons that we choice your hotel for the
indoor pool; but after taking with the front desk they said we can have
passes to the recreation center there. It was a good alternative. Glad
you guys had a backup plan for the pool most places don'T...was

Breakfast was hot with a decent variety. Great location by I-25 & I-70. Coffee in the lobby avail 24/7. Other folks utilized the shuttle. Can use their computer for free and print things for a free. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious, great view of downtown. Free breakfast was delicious and the eating area was cozy. The free shuttle service is a plus and takes you to the downtown area so you don't have to worry about driving your car downtown. All of the staff was super nice and welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure your stay was comfortable.

Liked the courtyard, ask for a courtyard view if you can. Loved the
ecological attitude, recycle bins, refillable toiletry containers in the
shower, colored washcloths for makeup removal, etc. Don't be fooled
by the name, the architecture is lodge-like, but the location is urban. -
Very comfortable room and bed. Great staff.

Continental breakfast was adequate. Was quite warm when I was there - very pleased that the AC worked very well. -

La verdad que me gusto todo. fui bien recibido, y todo segun lo acordado con Booking. El hotel excelente, calido y muy acogedor. La ubicacion tambien es muy conveniente, cerca de todo y el Bus para en la puerta si vas a Vail Village. El Rental tambien es muy apropiado y el servicio de Valet del equipamiento a la base es comodísimo! -

When I pulled in the driveway, the big sign out front read "Real
Furniture", Free WiFi, Flat Screen Tvs, etc. I wondered what was
meant by Real Furniture? What a pleasant surprise when I went I went to
my room and found furniture that one might find in a bedroom at home.
Not the usual drab, cheap, hotel furniture in most hotels. The last time
I was in Salida I stayed at a nearby hotel that literally has 2 x 8
boards attached to the walls & covered with wood grain contact
paper. Yuk. Anyway,

Facilities were excellent, remodeled. Staff was excellent. We stayed in a room beside the indoor pool. Very tranquile and relaxing. Loved having Starbucks coffee in the rooms, during the conference and in all the dining facilities. -

The room was amazing and very clean. I was there with my daughter and
her friend and my friend for the one direction concert, loved the set up
of the room and felt very safe and comfortable. Access to the rail was
simple and easy and staff at front desk were very helpful and kind.

in the rooms for more then one person. Overall it was a great experience
and we would gladly return. -
I liked the spaciousness and the full kitchen in our suite. We had a family Thanksgiving -- turkey and all! The front desk staff ad problems with our reservations, due to a complicated change to one of our two rooms. Dana went out of her way to make things right! Her friendly attitude makes us want to come back.
