The location is near a busy entertainment venue, but you hear very little street noise when that venue's entertainment is over and thousands exit at once. The front desk staff were very helpful in making dinner reservations and recommending places to eat and the types of food nearby restaurants offered. Loved the valet parking option for the convenience and no hassel of finding parking...a bit pricey though.

When I received my credit card bill there was an extra charge for a beverage from the bar, which we did not make use of. Better inventory control needed or more attention paid when staff is logging inventory information to the correct room number. On the positive note when we called to report we did not take anything from the bar in the room, the gentleman who assisted us over the phone said he would reversethe charges to our credit card bill.

I loved the hotel's decor and its location. I was traveling on business and found the location very accessible to where I needed to go. The room was really nice and very well kept by their housekeeping staff. The people at the front desk were really pleasant and helpful too. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Well, the only thing that I did not enjoy was the construction of the apartments/condos on top of the hotel. One morning someone was working at 5am. That is too early and not acceptable for an establishment to interrupt its guests.

Location was great! Room was clean and very comfortable. Although we live locally, we had tickets to one of the sporting events downtown and wanted a place nearby to stay to make the most of our "date night" without the baby.

The pool closed at nine pm. Phoenix is very hot in the summer and we were very much looking forward to a cool dip in the pool. But the pool closed at nine pm because it is right next to a onsite club. While I can appreciate the liability concern for the hotel with guests drinking at the club, we were very disappointed.

the only and quite major problem we had was the loud noise in our room 435 from the DJ and live music in the pool deck bar beneath us.We had to request a henge of room from our otherwise quite lovely room. The room we were given on the 10th floor was very tranquil but not quite as large as our original comfortable corner room which we had booked to give us more room for our 5day stay. he staff we extremely helpful during tis episode and otherwise we enjoyed our stay with you very much

Room decor. Very new still, so it makes a difference. Staff is very friendly, and I love the sitting area on the second floor.

The pillows and bed are not as comfortable as some other hotels that I have stayed before, but they were more expensive so I do not hold your hotel to this. It would be nice if you can improve on it though.

Enjoyed the coffee service in the morning and the wine in the evening.

Wasn't able to get Unipro rate even though reservation made before deadline. Construction on the upper floors so could hear them working in the morning....not too bad but still could hear. Same for the noise from the Tilted Kilt bar downstairs.
