En general, todo ha salido genial. Esta muy cerca a todo, personal muyatento y las habitaciones y el lugar es muy bonito, asi comoabsolutamente independiente. Exelente ! - Las comodidades de la habitación, como cama king, jacuzzi, cocina, lavandería y secadora, etc. Además de la cercanía de los parques.

My family enjoyed being able to cook in our own kitchen, we were able to do laundry so it was less clothes being packed going and returning from vacation and we were able to come home with clean clothes. We took our entire family - grown children, with their spouses, and our grandchildren. A party of 15.
Blue Heron was affordable for that many, We rented 3 -1 bedroom suites and divided into groups of 5. All of us enjoyed having a full kitchen. The pool was a favorite of the grandchildren. The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all it was a good value for the money.

I have seen this hotel from road for years when driving by on the way to
Universal studios. This hotel has fun castle like appearance that made
me book it for fun. The hotel is great! At entrance, already outside
there is old times castle like music, bit off tune, but it's great.

We were positively surprised about our stay. Warm and frendly staff, affordable price with breakfast included and a pool area which was great with small children. I can warmly recommend this to anyone who plans to visit Disney World or other parks. Over exceeded our expectations!

Our room was cool and clean, the pillows were so comfortable. The housekeeping staff were responsive, when we wanted our car from valet there were enough to accomodate everyone who needed them,

Whats not to like. The staff were friendly and the location is near were
we wanted to go like Seaworld & Disney not to forget numerious fine
resturants and shopping locations. -
Close to outlet stores, convenience stores, restaurants, theme parks. Staff were all very pleasant. Large kitchen and living area. Good size master bedroom with spa.

The hotel is recently remodeled and the staff was great. The kids loved
all the activities and all the water slides. Best pool in Orlando. They
even had Gator land there and brought in animals. The kids loved it.
Location is 5-10 mins from Disney. Breakfast Buffet was very good. We

Ultimate luxury and family appealing hotel for less than the price of a budget, lowest price range, bare-bones hotel by Disney. But on Disney property, with Disney buses, and in middle of those same Disney resorts! With every imaginable amenity included, tremendous staff, and utterly gorgeous palace-like facilities. -

I liked every aspect of the resort. I was very impressed with the room
and the layout. I wish I could have extended my stay longer to really

The hotel was beautiful. The staff could not do enough for you. I've stayed in many hundreds of hotels this was a top ten stay. The highlight was the first minutes with a registration clerk who asked questions and listened to our answers giving us information and suggestions that made our trip so enjoyable we will go back there again and again.

la comodidad de las habitaciones - Location, size of condo plus kitchen appliances etc - I like the cleanliness of the rooms, the jettub (although small), and the continental breakfast (especially that they let people take it to their rooms - that was so convenient for us with small kids.)
