Thomas, he was also able to take care of my parents and he never hesitated to make our stay memora - We enjoyed our stay ,Staff was friendly & very accomodating,Bed was extremely comfortable ..& there were no surprises..The room was exactly what it said.. yes it was small ,but we were aware of that when we booked..For a room in this area we definately got what we needed at a resonable price...we had a great trip..& we would stay there again....

  Situacion muy buena para patear la ciudad. Habitacion con vistas al Empire State Building desde el piso once del hotel, cama grande, habitacion limpia y funcional con tu caja de seguridad que siempre ayuda a tener tus cosas guardadas, parada de metro practicamente en la esquina . Personal de recepcion muy amable y servicial - cuando hice la reserv... lo que la gente dice » a pedi una habitacion con vistas al exterior y en planta alta, al llegar fue alucinante en la planta 10 y con vistas al empire state. De verdad el personal es genial perdi una pulsera que tenia mucho valor para mi y me la encontre en mi mesita de noche cuando regrese al hotel por la noche, limpian todos los dias y la cama grande y supercomoda.
