Lo que la gente dice
Close to the Greek Theater, quiet, good internet in room 107.
the service, price were good. hotel overall was good .
quiet area, close to many places.
The family were so friendly and helpful with our questions and organizing things for us.really close to grocery and other shops.
It was affordable for a small group of students. A lot of stores and
eateries within walking distance. todo comentarios »
location was good handy to most places.
Good price.
The tv and fridge worked and close to Universal Studios, which was our
destination.
good value for money
Near the Walk of Fame.
Good location.
The owner/manager and his family was very friendly but this didn't make up for the terrible condition of the rooms. Also, it was very close to the Hollywood tourist sights.
Bathroom sink.
Old but clean.
the location was a bit far from Hollywood blvd where all the fun is .
had to go to the office each day to reset the room key card.
A bit far from the main boulevard for little kids to walk to and hard to use bus system,.
The location s a little iffy. But at this price I really cannot complain
much. It was "free wi-fi" but internet did not work.
area was a bit dodgy.
Old furniture.
a bit noisy,less eletronic outlet.
A bit of a long walk to the nearest metro station.
I requested a king bed and opened the door to two queen beds for my
husband and I. There was barely 1 parking lot left and was too crowded.
The location looks nicer and cleaner online. The room had an outlet
hidden behind the shelf for me to plug in my curling iron (difficult to
reach)..the towels looked dirty in the restroom. Luckily we were there
for the night.
the room stank.
we had to keep the door open for a while before we could lock.
For starter, the room had this bad odor that would not go away. The
carpet was not cleaned. You can see remnants of crumbs and dirt on it.
Tissue was not provided, no telephone in our room and the one in my
daughter's room did not work, the towels had seen better days and
were hung on a dirty rack. There was no hanger provided in the closet
either. We had to go to supermarket to shop for basic essentials to make
our stay bearable. I would not recommend this place.
Above all, the rooms were filthy. They smelled, the carpets were disgusting, and the furniture hadn't been wiped down. The daily cleaning was minimal. They hadn't been updated in ages. Also, the area was undesirable. Definitely a bad part of town. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
Room was way over priced. I was first told that I was going to pay 100 I ended up paying 120.
A lot of things, hard to enter, bad neighborhood, customer service, no parking spaces (I went to the office to ask where I should park, nobody answers) carpets are felty dirty....and I know You get what you get for what you paid, but anothers 2 stars hotels are a lot better.
