The staff were very friendly & helpful.
We re booked for a further 2 nights before our departure back to Australia in 4 weeks time
Rooms were clean & comfortable.
Breakfast was adequate & the older gentleman in the breakfast room is wonderful. -

I liked the fact that everyone on your staff was polite, friendly, and
helpful. I was especially impressed with Bonnie Ashbury, who works in
the buffet breakfast area. She was sincerely friendly, pleasantly out-
going, dedicated 100% to customer service/satisfaction, and
extremely hard working. It was obvious that everyone eating there
enjoyed her

When we encountered issues relating to the initial room assigned, the staff moved expeditiously to resolve. It led to a change in room and an upgrade. The staff was very accommodating with respect to our three very young children, they did not treat them like an inconvenience. The pool, lifeguard, grill all combined to allow for our family to make

We loved everything about our stay...shout to Sabrina at the front desk extrmely friendly and resourceful, Lisa and Lourdes who prepared meals for evening social meal AND breakfast (BOTH AWESOME!) food was delicious too and plentiful last but not least Whitney in housekeeping was very helpful...will definitely stay again!
