rooms on 7 floors, a small breakfast area on the ground floor and
fitness room with sauna and steam room in the basement. It is about a 5
minute walk from wall street subway station and 5 to 10 minutes from the

The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the hotel was beautiful. Conveniently located right near the Manhattan side of the Brooklyn Bridge, it was a short walk to multiple Subway stations, the Brooklyn Bridge, Wall Street, Pace University, the 9/11 Memorial, and Battery Park. The whole experience, the staff where very warm, welcoming and helpfull. - Staff were very friendly and very helpful.In a great area very accessible to the rest of new york but quieter in the evenings.Some excellent bars and restaurants in the area.

The front desk staff member Christine was very helpful, polite and
understanding when our credit card wouldn't work. Patiently waited
on us until it was fixed. Nice girl. Very clean hotel. Breakfast was hot
and lots of options. Nice location to subway and parking right around
the corner. Would definitely stay here again. -

I loved everything about this hotel! It is in great location on lower
east side easy to hop a subway everywhere. The staff is amazing helpful.
Anthony even took his time when he got off work one evening to show my
friend and I around the city and walk across the Brooklyn Bridge.. They
was all very friendly and helpful booking car for trip back to penn
station giving directions.. Love the place decorations was so nice rooms
comfortable and clean.. Will stay here every trip to nyc

The location is excellent - right near the subway station, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the beds are comfortable (as in all Courtyard hotels), the room was clean, the hotel has guest laundry facility (this is important to me), the lobby is very pleasent -

I liked how the staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests even though they did not have to. The room we stayed in 814 had an amazing view of midtown manhattan and was very quiet. The Holiday Inn is not spectacular but worth the money. I had Room 301, the biggest one on the floor. Very comfortable bed, enough space for your stuff and very clean. I have been many times in NYC and the Lower East Side has become a hot spot, therefore the location of the Hotel is also good. Subway is only 2 blocks away. Very friendly staff and the restaurant in the basement is serving an outstanding omelet :-)
