- Very clean. Our room was cleaned everyday.

The hotel's motto was "yes is the answer", what's your question ? The staff is friendly and professional especially those that work the front desk like Carol, Liam, Axel and William. There is always a bowl of "help yourself" fruit in the lobby along with USA Today Newspapers. Whether you choose continental breakfast or the upgrade breakfast, both hit the spot. The outdoor pool is nice but the hotel is downtown and a row of hedges separates the pool from the sidewalk.

There is no better place to go to if you feel like having a blast while in South Beach, Miami. The staff is awesome and is available to answer any question you might have about fun activities in the area. sabanas muy limpias, baño muy bonito - Su situación, las habitaciones son espaciosas y renovadas, con televisor de 42 y conectividad para ipod. La happy hour, de 7 a 8 está fenomenal para tomarse unas copas gratis y conocer a gente. La amabilidad del personal. Todo bien
