I was upgraded on arrival to a suite and a late check out the day I left. I had a very bad fall on my second day in Washington and the staff were excellent, helped me get cleaned up, find a clinic, and sent me fruit and a card to wish me a speedy recovery. I had room service a couple of nights and the food was amazing. The rooftop bar is lovely , very relaxing and staff very friendly. Everyone made me feel very well looked after which was so appreciated as I felt vulnerable having a serious
