Nos hicieron un upgrading a una suite en la planta 18 fantástica con vistas al Empire State. - The room was better than expected. I have stayed at hotels in Manhattan which were costly and the rooms were very small. The one bedroom suite was large enough for 4 persons. The staff was very responsive and friendly. Our room was a very good size and very comfortable, the bed was dreamy! Quirky mini bar and bathroom, everything was spot on! The staff on reception were wonderful, so so so friendly and great to chat to - always helped out with requests, they really made our stay.

SIMPLY THE BEST!!!
We received the apartment on the highest floor - 36 with an astonishing view. We could see all the buildings including the Chrysler building. The people working there - always at their best - congrats guys, amazing service, outstanding and friendly at all times. the location - you are in the center of the world - NEW YORK CITY

more like living in NYC than visiting & living in a Hotel.. If you dont mind taking out the trash yourself and making your own bed, this is for you! Ask for an apartment as high up as possible. We got one on the 8th which was fine - but would have preferred 36th :-)
A lot of deli's, cafe's and grocery stores in the area for + a dunking' donut next door for a quick cup of joe or breakfast..
Can highly recommend the apartment - location in NYC is everything.. its a 2 min walk from the Empire

excellent quality of service and materials, windows and bed - the rooms were very nice, comfortable, clean and well appointed, and not small like many NYC hotel rooms - actually quite roomy. I thought the hotel was excellent. I have visited New York many times on business but this time I was travelling with my wife and teenage children who had not visited New York before. The hotel rooms were excellent and were clean, comfortable and looked just like the hotel photos. We were upgraded from a family room to a suite and it was excellent

The staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful. The concierge is very well informed, and knowledgeable with all kinds of restaurants; from raw vegan to the top steakhouses in the city. The house car is a plus. The location is perfect; a walking distance to anything you could think of!

My boyfriend and I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff was,
especially with our dog who was staying with us. When we arrived there
was a framed "welcome" for Bob our puppy with treats and water
for him. The "raid the mini bar" credit was a great touch and

The room was nicely decorated and very clean. Just what you can expect from a new, renovated hotel. The room was somewhat on the small side (1 king bed, room with two queens is larger but also more expensive) but I guess that is common in NY where space is limited and hotel prices are high. This is a beautiful hotel. The room was extremely clean and up-to-date. Our beds were comfortable. It definitely fit our needs for NYC. It was very close to everything - walking distance to 5th Avenue, Broadway, Times Square - but we were not in the midst of the crowds, noise and chaos. The apartment was very nice. It was appropriately size and there was a lot of room. It also came fully equipped. Check in was also very straight forward. The apartment is also located in a very nice area. It was a couple of blocks from time square where I spent most of my time. -

Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was tasty and served at times stated.
Room condition was clean and spotless, same as en suite bathroom.
Excellent location, very close to everything central.
Quite reasonably priced considering it's a chain of Marriott hotels, it's location, free Wifi and complimentary breakfast.

Suitable for city trip.
Staff was great. Our room smelled like someone smoked, this was handled well by staff, we were given another room next day. Best were Dan and Henry (I hope I'm right about the name). Dan is the soul of the hotel, friendly and helpful. Don't know about remaining staff.
Location is very good, price for the location also good.

At the desk, Dennis verified my information quickly and was quite friendly (I've been to enough hotels in NYC to recognize when I'm not a "room number" [based on the amount I have paid for a room] vs a "real person" [treated as if it didn't matter which room I paid for. Stayed here for a couple of days before dropping my daughter to summer
camp. The staff here are so welcoming and bend oer backwards to please.
We were upgraded upon arrival. The rooms and bathrooms in this hotel are
huge compared to most rooms in Manhattan and the decor is funky yet
comfortable. The location is fabulous. 3 minutes to Grand Central
Station and about 10 minutes to Macys. I love this hotel so much that
I'm going back in 3 weeks to stay for a week!!!
