Friendly, helpful staff all around, including room maid service. Relaxed but organized atmosphere. Doormen value-added service with 'touch of style'.
Terrific location near to the Lincoln Centre and Metropolitan Art Gallery.
Great variety of reasonably priced restaurants nearby including fine dining at the Nice Matin in the hotel itself to first rate sandwiches at the Amsterdam Deli across the street. E

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. As soon as we arrived we were given a complimentary upgrade to a Queen suite. The wifi worked perfectly which pleased my teenage children (and me!). We had a wonderful experience here and will do it again. The staff was MOST helpful (they turned our radiator off when it got warm in the room and also were smiling and accommodating with another small request we had to freeze ice packs in their kitchen freezer). We love this upper west side location, close to really great 'locals feel' shopping- not too touristy. Still some good street vendors nearby. My partner and I spent 3 nights at The Manhattan and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable with decent bathroom facilities. The hotel also provided free WiFi in the lobby. The location could not have been any better - very close to Times Square, Central Park, various restaurants

I was very impressed with the hotel. It was better than I though being
in nyc . I would recommend everyone to stay there. Shopping was rt at
the door . Eating also entertainment was rt there. I could not have
chosen a better place to stay. The kids enjoyed themselves ,first time
in nyc. My brother was with me and he only stay at the Hilton when he
travel, but he stayed with me and rated this hotel as very good and that
says a lot coming from him.
