The staff was incredibly friendly! They did an excellent job of making me feel like I was a truly valued guest. The location was excellent. The staff was very cooperative and friendly! The building is under construction which we did not mind at all (our Dad is a builder and we love renovation!), and the staff accommodated where they could b/c of the renovations.

Loved my stay here, I stayed here the week of June 16th 2013, really
enjoyed it, all the staff was very helpful, our room was oceanfront
& the views from the balcony was gorgeous over looking the pool
& ocean, this hotel is just like the pics online everything is kept

I like the beds. They are so comfortable. I like the breakfast (a real
breakfast) I really enjoyed the tiki bar, and the beach. The staff is
great especailly liz that was my waitress at breakfast. I cant wait to
come back. Love love love the balcony!!!

The location - the view from the balcony at the front looking out over the sea was fantastic. We had booked a weekend away during our main holiday to Orlando to celebrate my 50th birthday and we were upgraded by the hotel to ocean view rooms. The girls on Reception also sang happy birthday to me and told me I didn't look 50 - thank you!!!!!!

Staff was amazing! The most friendly bunch of gals. Housekeeping was
very good, just took til the end of the day to get to our room, but very
nice girls. Pool was very clean, continental breakfast was awesome, and
plenty to choose from...location was perfect beach was right there,
couldn't have been a better place...we highly suggest this
hotel....loved it.

Everyone & everything was Wonderful! I needed a relaxing, just sit

The staff was very friendly especially Elaina & Mike , they answered any question I may have had being as how it was my first time in Jacksonville. The rooms were extremely clean every time I came back to the room it was neatly done. The king size bed was amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was average but hey you can't beat free breakfast.

The location of the hotel to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean/Beach. Our
room opened directly to a path to the Beach. The room was spacious,
clean and conveniently located to the hotel's adminities (breakfast,
desk, pool/beach). The pool was fantastic (the kids and adults loved
the pool with the water falls). The breakfast buffet was excellent. The

Everything was perfect. We had a ocean front with a view. We asked about
chairs that were higher to see over the railing and were given two
chairs from the bar. Michelle was so helpful made our room with a view
so much more enjoyable. I do suggest that you put chairs that sit higher
in the rooms with ocean views.
