Pool was under construction so we were disappointed when we found out
because that is one of the reasons that we choice your hotel for the
indoor pool; but after taking with the front desk they said we can have
passes to the recreation center there. It was a good alternative. Glad

The front desk was very accommodating when we told them we were having a family gathering for a memorial service. They rearranged the rooms so that most of the rooms were on the same floor.
The deluxe breakfast buffet was full of many choices which is terrific when you have three children to feed. -

Staff was excellent. We were only there one night but had a lot of questions - staff was professional and helpful. Amazed - it seemed that when I was coming and going, if an employee was within 10 feet of the door, they would stop what they were doing and hold the door for us. -

We wanted to spend a quiet weekend in Durango. The condo was great. For the same as we'd spend for a hotel we had double the space, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy fireplace. Can't beat it -

I liked the room I had. Close to exits, ground level, and quiet. I liked the way the staff honored the signs when posted on the door not to disturb. The ladies were very helpful and ready to give assistance when asked.I liked that it had a pool also. Also the brook behind the rooms. -
