  Rooms so comfortable, staff - oh so helpful and wonderful - very accomodating. They were always looking for ways to assist you. I was overwhelmed when I realised I forgot one of my hand luggage at the hotel, and they facilitated me by having someone bring it to me at the airport. Oh you made my trip all so worthwhile. As we we would be only for one night in Miami (we would catch the flight back to Brazil next morning), we chose the hotel based on two needs: proximity to the airport and that the room was silent. We got a deal through booking and chose the Embassy, and were very pleased. New facilities, a good breakfast, a room and spacious (we can organize four big bags with ease in the room). And had no problem with noise from aircraft or with people walking in the hallways. Excellent cho
