Very clean; good climate controls, comfortable bed; located on a main drag and one block off I-15 yet quiet as a stone; overall room environment very pleasant; good water pressure, linens; 48" flat screen.
They own four houses adjoining the modern hotel, three are rentals (daily) and one is used as a breakfast facility. Nice breakfast.

We had to do a lot of driving this trip and your comfy beds gave us the best sleep. We have even considered getting the same mattress for our home. The luxury of the rooms exceeded the price for sure. Nice scenic location and to top it off the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Will definitely come again soon and stay longer! Thanks for being awesome you guys are great! :)

we loved the heated pool, the hot tub, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast area was nice and the breakfast was good too. Clean and very enjoyable. We liked the availability of the business room and the location being close to the check in/out, breakfast, gym and pool. Loved the coffee station..all in all a great stay.. We even came back after

Cedar City is a college town and is close to so many sites to see and things to do. If you drop in, in the summertime you're there for the annual Shakespeare Festival. It's a short drive for some very beautiful countryside scenery you don't see in most of Utah. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfy. Overall a good experience for the price.

A near-luxury experience at a budget price. Inside and outside appeared be cost more than it actually did. All facilities were attractive, everything worked. Staff was attentive and helpful. Indoor hot tub a plus. Breakfast was quite good - many hot items with breakfast meats! -

Mel and his family were very helpful from area information to room accomadations. I stayed at hotel for eight days so I believe I got a good feel for it. The rooms were clean and it was a great price. Was prepared for a dive since the price was so low but was very happily surprised at how clean and decent it was. Would stay here again. -
