We arrived to a great staff, great location. Wilson put us on the top floor with a fantastic view of Brooklyn. We had a 12 and a 9 year old with us and the hotel was close to the top of their list of sites that included all of New Yorks hits. 12 year old got sick and the staff let us check out late and even sent toast and ginger ale to our room

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Brooklyn. The staff was very
friendly and helpful. We especially thought Victor Balbi was most
helpful, patient and accommodating with our needs for directions in
getting around the City by Subway and planning our day sight seeing ny.
He was always so pleasant & greeted us with his wonderful smile
& friendly greeting when we got back from our day's outing. He
certainly made our stay & visit to ny pleasant & enjoyable. Paul

Me and my wife love the Aloft. We came here Christmas Eve of 2012 and
returned for another stay for my wife's birthday in November 2013.
I was surprising my wife taking her out then to the Hotel because she
loves it here. The lady at the front desk asked me if my wife was
outside when I made reservations and I told her how it is a surprise

Absolutely excellent customer service. I can't speak highly enough
of their courtesy, friendliness, and desire to make us comfortable. I
was there with my elderly mother, and we will definitely recommend the
hotel to others. They made us feel as if we were visiting friends, as if
we mattered. That's highly unusual in my experience, and I've
stayed in hotels of every caliber. Kudos to management for training each

The facilities were beautiful. Everything was very modern and clean.
From the moment we stepped into the lobby, it was pleasant (there was a
nice vanilla scent to the waiting area). The close proximity to metro
stations, starbucks, restaurants, and shops was also quite convenient.

The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. When I asked if they had a rollaway they ended up offering a completely different room with two beds. Awesome. The breakfast that was included was great with a variety of wonderful options. The location was perfect - walking distance to everything we needed. -

At first getting there I was thinking it was abit far from downtown. But once you walk around the neighbourhood you realize EVERYTHING is at your disposal.. A friend and I (30s females) travel to NYC all the time.. This is the first time in do or die bed stuy! And it was fun!! Liquor store on the corner.. Shops up the street(fulton) club close by (Ice lounge) restaurants galore.. Will definetly stay again!!

I like that the front desk was friendly. The room is compact like a studio but not bad. Comfy! If your looking or expecting Four Seasons but your paying $69, get real! But let me tell you, this is the real New York experience coming from an New Yorker! The room is small like real rooms in ny but is clean and good if you need a place for a night or too! Its a couple blocks away from Barclay, not sure what Ghetto means to "some" people but it isnt the ghetto, maybe to citylike if your from Idaho

Rooms, building and neighborhood were beautiful. Innkeeper friendly and
very knowledgeable about nyc. Staff went out of their way to help us
out. All of this, and it was a better value than the hotels we could
find in the area. Just be aware that nyc requires walking, and the
subway was a few blocks away. And of course nyc is more expensive than
most cities.
