I had a horrendous day prior to my arrival. The clerk that checked me in, totally reversed the whole day! That young man was so professional, yet warm and welcoming. This was unexpected and set the tone for the remainder of my travel. -

The hotel room was spacious, clean and quiet. Very impressive. Hotel staff were extra friendly, helpful, and attentive. Although we were only there for one night to catch an early flight, I would definitely book here again without question. Well done! -

In two words : it is a brilliant hotel with an impeccable service and a very friendly and helpfull staff. There was a free shuttle to the station and to the airport !
I would recommend this hotel to everyone who goes to NYC ! I will go back again asap ! -

I could not have been more impressed with everything at this hotel. The
staff was fantastic, from Valet team, (whom called me when I left my
phone in the car and brought it to my room), to the front desk, (that
allowed me to check in really early), to the cleaning staff, who ran a

The hotel is extremely close to the light path train, which made
traveling to nyc extremely convenient.
The mattresses were quite comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious.
Debbie was also extremely helpful. We had a rather large yellowish stain on the comforter of one of our beds, and she had housekeeping change it immediately. Also, she gave our family a breakfast voucher for two (which was a $60 value).

This hotel is situated in New Jersey, but a really nice, quiet stay when visiting New York. Our well appointed room was on the 9th floor. A fair size with big double bed, clean bathroom, desk and fridge it was very comfortable. We slept witheet window open and had no problems with noise.
The Path is literally next door to the hotel and there are
... lo que la gente dice » 2 lines which take you into Manhattan. It takes about 20 minutes or so. There are plenty of possibilities to have breakfast very close to the hotel.

Check in was quick and easy. I loved that the hotel had affordable valet
service so we didn't have to worry about our car during our stay.
Everyone on the staff was so friendly and more than willing to go above
and beyond to help us. The pool and Jacuzzi was amazing, both were
perfect and clean. Our room was so clean and cozy, and the location was
perfect! We were walking distance away from fun and entertainment, and
the train station into the city was right next door. I wish I was able
to stay

Everything!! From location, to size of room, to value for money, everything was perfect! The lobby is always full of staff and customers but the staff is very efficient and always very helpful. Unparalleled view of the WTC site, including the Pools and Freedom Tower, from most rooms. Continental breakfast was very tasty. Staff were friendly, and helpful. Checkin was very quick, and checkout can be done from the room. The room, and linens were very clean. No sign of bed bugs!

OM-Gosh! What a hotel....
Firstly the staff are A-mazing and secondly the hotel is just marvellous.
This hotel is more like a private members club than a hotel, its chic, suave and sophisticated but by no means 'showey' like most high-end expensive hotels.

The closest hotel I have found is the Milestone in London. It has perfect, large rooms for NYC, free snacks and soft drinks, a wonderful spa, and enough quirks and charms to make it I suspect the best hotel experience in NYC. You can pay up for a fancy, big lobby but I think this is actually the best hotel experience.

I left my phone in the room while almost to the airport to head home and
they overnighted the phone and it was here first thing in the morning.
