Staff were excellent specially Patrick, Vivian and Gwen. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We stayed 2 days pre-cruise and 2 days post cruise. Our connecting flight was delayed on arrival so we phoned from Chicago and spoke to Gwen, she assured us the booking was fine and not to worry about any thing. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We were just coming off a cruise ship and arrived several hours prior to expected check in yet they had rooms ready and let us into them right away. We also had a late flight the next day and they let us stay in the room for two hours past check out and then held our bags while we had lunch. La atención y las instalaciones - estube en el hotel desde las 10am tratando de salir al aereopuerto pero le dieron priodidad a un grupo de mas de 150 pasajeros para llevarlos al puerto y sali a las 3pm para el aereuerto en donde tenia que hacer algunas diligencias de mi trabajo, agradecria en la proxima darme otro hotel en el area de aventure mall

Me and my Wife got to the Bridge and checked in after they picked us up from the Airport (free). The Manager asked me for our passports for identification and suddenly i realised i left both passports on the plane. our host, Jorge was really on the ball as far as keeping in contact with us on our way there, since our flight was very delayed. He was very professional and accomodating the whole time. They just couldn't do enough to make sure we were comfortable. We liked the rooms. Getting to the ship was very easy and well organized.

Staff was extremely friendly! Rooms were very big for the price! We actually stayed there our first night and then returned 2 days later to stay for 2 more nights! Great location! Was able to walk to the beaches and all the shops! -
