We have been a guest 4 times now . it is the most tranquil place we have been even when full we feel like we are in a hideaway .Staff down to a man or woman are totally respectful and treated us both like royalty . Every Thursday they ha - Magnificent architecture and landscape. Friendly polite staff. Best hotel I have ever stayed in. The pools are beautiful. I enjoyed collecting the colourful shells along the sea side. As soon as I arrived home I re-booked to go again in five weeks time. Al Hamra Fort and Beach Resort is perfect escape to unwind. I love the rakDuty Free provided in the hotel. - It was a return to Ras Al Khaimah after 33 years. Very pleased to see such a luxurious resort. The restaurant manager Mr. Abraham was very friendly and efficient.

Minar Mall is across the road which is basically the only real available mall in RAK. Then its the RAK free trade zone which is a few streets away. If you are on a business trip and would like to save money as well then I recommend this hotel. - Good buffet in the evening. Great view from rooftop restaurant.

Friendly staff specially the reception team, the assistant manager (Nader) was responding personally to all guests requests.
Also all observations were addressed in exceptionally quick way compared to other even 5 stars hotels.
I also liked the access granted to the Beach resort.
Overall I am quite satisfied for getting value for my money. -
