Very good location. Cosy and clean room. We'll choose this hotel if we visit Dubai again.

Extremely helpful staff (allowed me to check-in early even!). Very cleanand quaint apartment-style hotel. Hallways smell like roses. No noisewhatsoever since there is no nightclub in the building (I was on the 1stfloor, heard nothing except the occasional car honk). I was greeted witha welcome beverage. Complete with kitchen utensils, washing machine,full size fridge, dishes, etc.

Internet is expensive and they only buy a certain amount of bandwidthfor any single day, so if you try to buy some at the end of the day, yourisk not being able to. Limited to 20mb/ hour. Taxis will always havetrouble finding it, just say that it's in the street across from theLondon Crowne or Pearl Residence Behind Burjuman Mall in Bur Dubai.

The bed was just as good as my own, porter at check in very friendly andhelpful, apartment exceeded my expectations as very well furnished

Lack of service, dishes washed but not dried and no tea towel wassupplied so you could dry dishes yourself, 2 people book in onlyslippers tooth brush and towels for 1, operation of safe and washingmachine not explained, water and fruit as part of service but had to askfor this.English very poor and action on requests very very slow. Wouldrecommend but point out shortfalls. Night porter unfri

Spacious appartment living space and helpful/friendly concierge

Hotel appartments should provide basic essentials such as tea/coffee, washing up liquid, dishwashing brush etc. Only water and fruit were provided on arrival. No children facilities such as high chair for breakfast and food selection/supply poor when dining after 0830.
