wonderful hotel , reception staff amazing ,once they got to know that we are in honeymoon trip they arrange fruit and cake in the room and give us bigger room , best location for honeymoon , small private room in spring pool is perfect for couple , food is very nice and testy , the biggest spa I saw in UAE , we will book the same room every year s

Friendly staff specially the reception team, the assistant manager (Nader) was responding personally to all guests requests.
Also all observations were addressed in exceptionally quick way compared to other even 5 stars hotels.
I also liked the access granted to the Beach resort.
Overall I am quite satisfied for getting value for my money. -

Room rates are very good . Overall a very nice hotel to stay in. Top marks go to the reception staff, who always make an effort to offer a warn welcome , :)

I liked the room size. The most important thing I liked is that there is no liquor served in that hotel and it does not have a night club. It is a perfect match for a family and easily accessible to the shopping areas. It is a value for money.

This hotel is situated in front of the RAK creek with nice views. Very clean and comfortable hotel The front desk staff Khaled and Harat were very helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a executive suite. The hotel offers the facilities of the other two hotels Beach Hotel and the Beach Resort Hotel (private beaches, pools and facilities thereon) free of charge. We visited both resorts and really had a wonderful time. Highly recommended.
