the room and bed were clean and comfortable, the one at Wakefield is the best one up to now as i have stay at others in the past even though they were nearly as good Wakefield as i say was the best yet - very clean friendly staff exelent value for money in comparison to other hotels well worth money

The staff could not have been any more helpful, we had a fantastic stay. We were at a wedding in another hotel so needed an early check-in, after phoning and speaking to a very helpful lady our room was ready for 12 noon as promised. The food and service was excellent - Able to control room temperature easily and quickly. Friendly staff.

Excellent staff, breakfast cooked to perfection (but would have liked some black pudding!) and selection of fruit, cereals, etc. was outstanding for a budget hotel. Red Kite next door very good for dinner and staff there very good too. Room was spacious and well equipped.

Pleasant reception staff, checkin very friendly. Convenient location for where we wanted to be. Not the biggest Premier Inn but still had the same comfortable rooms. No bar or restaurant, you use the Brewers Fayre next door for this. -

The staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly, every member of
staff we interacted with made us feel like our happiness was their only
