The attention to detail was faultless , the staff were very friendly, the location was excellent and there were no external disturbances - very friendly staff, extremely clean throughout and we had a wonderful view.

staff very helpful and attentive to needs of young children . food really excellent and house wine very good value and delicious
our room was comfortable with an excellent mattress and thick curtains and the bathroom had a good sized bath with lots of hot water and large fluffy towels and dressing gowns - altogether a most successful stay. -

... lo que la gente dice » m this one. A true gem. Thanks for the hospitality - I felt very at home and comfortable there straight away. The proprietors are very friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet. It is a beautiful position, good for exploring Mumbles and the Gower, and also Swansea centre is easily accessible. I left the car at home and found the local buses to be frequent and stress free. I would certainly return.

Loved our cottage, it was clean and a good size. Impeccable views of the surrounding Swansea and Gower areas.
There was no breakfast - but the cottage had fresh milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cheese, bread fruit, cereal already it in for us to eat at any time.
There was a washing machine, a toaster, oven etc Felt very homely.

The cottage was very comfortable & relaxing, with wonderful views. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable holiday, including food provided for breakfast. Although we didn't take advantage of it there was lots to do on-site, and we loved our neighbours, especially George (the pig). It was ideal for visiting Swansea, Mumbles & the surrounding area.

Lovely B&B next to a large park and nearby the nicest beach around for families. Also walking distance to the Mumbles' town centre where you can find many cafes, restaurants and shops. Christine makes escented soaps that can be purchased for charity and they include one in the bathroom to try. Cake is available in the afternoon, which was a lovely touch! Christine and David are very nice, friendly and flexible, and made us feel very welcome while we stayed at the B&B with our young son

We can only praise the hotel owner and her staff, they were very obliging and made us most welcome. Our bedroom had everything that you could need and very clean, plus on our night we even had a shopping festival on our doorstep. The food was very tasty and cooked for us. The whole bar has a friendly atmosphere with a lot of locals using it.

Everything! From the warm welcome on arrival, the cleanliness of the house, the little added touches such as fresh milk on the tea/coffee tray in the room instead of the awful long like milk cartons one would normally find in a B & B & the permit to park in a nearby car park. The owners care about their guests & that was apparent when

The guys running the B&B were fantastic. They were extremely friendly, helpful, informative, easy to get along with and cooked a great breakfast. They accommodated my wife's gluten free needs extremely well.
Facilites were very clean. The B&B is within easy walking distance of the shopping and restaurant areas that are close by. We have booked to return again in about a month or so.

We were on a trip to Somerset and South Wales and stayed on three hotels. This was by far the best, the owners are really helpful and friendly. We were treated as locals by them. 1. The location is very good for a quiet holiday. Two minutes walk from cafe overlooking Langlands Bay.But only five minutes by car from the busier Mumbles and picturesque Swansea Bay.
2. The owners were very friendly and eager to help.
3. For a small hotel a surprisingly good quality restaurant in the evening.
4. I can understand why this hotel was a previous winner of the best small hotel in the Swansea area.
