Lo que la gente dice
Penny and John were really friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious - home baked bread; homemade marmalade and plate of fresh fruit to start off.I really liked the bedroom decor and the bathroom was immaculate, The choice of toiletries was a nice touch, a cut above the usual hotel soaps & shower gels. Convenient for accessing the town centre but also to get to other places. todo comentarios »
Hosts Penny & John went out of their way to be helpful. Breakfasts were delicious and cooked to order with home baked bread & preserves. Nothing was too much trouble.
Convenient location to lots of interesting places. Highly recommend Lanhydrock House.
Highly recommended.
The fresh cleanliness of the room, bedding and in particular the en-suite.
The beautiful assortment of fresh fruit at breakfast.
The way that Penny and John engage and look after their guests in such a homely, welcoming manner.
Penny & John were very friendly and helpful. Penny's food was delicious and she was willing to accomodate food allergies.
They also were very willing to give lifts to the Railway Station. Above and beyond.
Friendly welcome, tea and cake on arrival. Great location for Eden project and east Cornwall's sights. Spotlessly clean and good sized room for 3.
Much better than any pictures of it show, not easy to photo!.
Spacious room and en-suite, friendly owners, good welcome, good quality furnishings, good choice at breakfast. Free parking. Convenient for Eden, Heligan, Charlestown, Mevagissey etc.
Warm and friendly welcome with cup of tea/coffee as soon as we arrived. Very pleasant house to be in with excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed and good shower.
We liked the friendly welcome from Penny & John and the home from home atmosphere. They also catered for gluten free diets which one of us needed.
our host were lovely, the house was spotlessly clean, breakfast was one of the best we have had.we will stay again when we are in the area.
The location to St Austell and ease of access to local beauty spots.
Very comfortable.
excellent breakfast and very friendly couple, john and penny were great hosts.
Friendliness of owners
Choice of breakfast
Room facilities.
Friendliness of owners, an "at home" feeling.
Comfortable, friendly and clean.
The room was excellent.
Friendly, easy going, accommodating. As far as St. Austell is concerned
its a good value B&B (We have stayed in this town before in other
places). Breakfast was good and caters for every taste.
We have a fairly large vehicle and I am not the greatest at manoeuvring it. So, I found the parking facility at the rear of the property a little constraining but manageable.
On quite busy road but we were
not troubled by any noise.
Everything else was great.
Nothing.
We liked everything. There was nothing to dislike.
we found the front of the house,it would have been nice if we had been told to park and enter from the rear.
All good nothing to dislike.
Sani lav system.
On the road is not marked the entrance.
St Austell is not a great evening place.
Furnshings, floor covering etc. a bit dated/worn. For some that may
add to the charm of yesteryear. You need transport, parking wasn't a
problem. A bit hard to find at first. Small problem with the internet in
that it didn't let us send emails. Which was a bother if you have to
stay in contact with your office.
