The staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble.
The Artesian Bar makes the best cocktails in the world.
The food at Roux (2 x Michellin Stars) is superb.
Afternoon tea in the Palm Court is an absolute must.
Gym, sauna, steam room, pool and spa pool are all very well equipped.
The hotel is immaculate from top to bottom.

We did have a problem with bed the first night (headboard dislodged) and the next day they moved us to better room and gave us a discount for that night.
