El apartamento es precioso y se ve que está recientemente reformado ya que los muebles son nuevos. Family room was a good size for 3 regular sized people. Rooms included snacks and drinks that could be purchased (just like regular hotel chains, which was a nice surprise). Beds were comfortable and bathroom was bigger than most private run hotels in London (i'm mainly referring to the ones around Padding station).

The room was small but cozy and very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and it was quite good. WLAN worked well and rooms were equipped with waterboiler and free tea bags & instant coffee. I really enjoyed the little time I spent at the hotel.
I really enjoyed my time at the hotel and can honestly recommended it for everybody who wants to stay at warmhearted and cozy hotel with a good location.

The location of the LSE is fantastic. The rooms, whilst basic, were of a very good size for Central London, and the hotel was quiet. Very close to theatres so I didn't have to rush for the train home after the performance.
Staff were lovely especially Jo. Informal and homely.

The proximity to Victoria Station is a plus. The apartment was just so safe & secure, and was very well equipped. An added bonus to have a washing machine on holiday. The apartment was clean and beds were comfy. -

standard. Unbeatable location just off Covent Garden, near British
Museum, University, Oxford St, Soho, Trafalgar Square and galleries.
Between 2 stations on Central line linking with Northern and

Welcoming friendly staff, lovely breakfast included and overall a great restaurant. The specials were at least a 4 star quality experience. Great attention to detail and presentation of the plates. All the staff were very helpful. Magda the assistant manager is a ROCK STAR. On top of everything and helpful with any request!!
Bedding was quite comfortable and the i-pod/i-phone dock was a welcome surprise!
While there was no lift...the stairs gave me my daily workout :-) and the staff was gracio

Location was good, either 7 /8 minutes walk to Richmond Tube /
Train Station and just a bit further into town shops etc. Bus stops in
either direction normally straight outside, although when we where there
the one into Richmond was out of use due to engineering works.
Staff were very friendly. Rooms were very nice and spacious. Drinks in bar (well at least the beer / lager) was cheaper than any pubs we went in in Richmond , Twickenham, Brentford or Chiswick.
