This was an ideal basis for exploring London and especially only 5 mins walk from Sadler's Wells theatre. Even though this was an apartment there was a 24hour reception/concierge who was more than happy to help with queries and look after our luggage on check-out day. -

I was very pleased with the service when I arrived, the people were polite and immediately got me an iron, which I needed as I was on a business trip. It was very clean and the staff were very polite and everytime we enter the door there was a member of staff smiling. Very helpful and wanted to know if there was anything they could do to make our stay happy. Loved the way the bar was just a footstep away from the room. All the staff that we saw on our two night stay are doing a great job. Keep it up :) We wil be back to chingford.

we stayed in the four bedroomed apartment as we were a large group of nine and they put in a spare bed for us and left two litres of fresh milk in the fridge. The apartment is on two floors with huge balconies and is perfect for large groups or multiple family members. the shutlle service was helpful and flexible. -

Upon arrival, it was clear to see the hotel was clean and fairly luxurious (Especially for a 'Holiday Inn'!). The staff were friendly and helpful, with the room cleaned regularly, with free water and chocolate each day (at least I think they were free!). I would happily recommend the hotel to all types of travellers. Couples/group of friends etc.

Large rooms, excellent beds, coffee and tea facilities in room and good
bathroom. Quality of breakfast and room service also excellent, and on
top of it all, slam opposite Europe's largest shopping centre, with
almost every central London shop available. Ideal location for both
shopping as well as a quick underground trip (20 minutes by central
line) to the centre of London and its attractions. ALso very convenient
to get to City Airport and Southend Airport.

After reading reviews I was nervous, so knowing that we would be arriving after 10pm I emailed ahead to ensure our room would be kept for us. I received a prompt reply and was assured it would be.

We chose this area because of its close proximity to a relative's home but any traveller would find the nearby Tube very handy. For us, being able to park was a real bonus. The rooms were warm and clean and the basic cooking facilities were adequate for our breakfast needs. Not an apartment in which you would want to spend most of your time but representing good value and for drivers the free parking is a blessing.

Very nice location literally directly across the street from Hyde Park
and 1 minute from a tube stop. It felt like a safe location, even at
night. The apartments are comfortable and there is a 24hr front desk
that is helpful. I would stay here again but don't expect a late
checkout but besides that we were very happy.

This accommodation was great value, very good price compared to other hotels in the area. It clean and comfortable and very close to Stanford station and westfield shopping centre. We didn't arrive till 12 midnight because or journey was delayed but the staff were there ready to check us in. Breakfast was basic but fine. I Will visit this hotel again when staying in London.

Staff was exceptional, I have never experienced such seamless service.
Housekeeping kept our room spotless. The housekeeper even offered to have a humidifier brought to our room when she heard me coughing. How thoughtful.
While dining in the restaurant the staff noticed I was under the weather and made me a special tea.
We were sitting in the lounge area and a staff member from the front desk noticed we needed refills on our beverages and alerted the food and beverage staff. I could go on and

The apartment was really clean and very modern,excellent facilities inside the apartment and furniture and accessories were all modern and in excellent condition.The beds were very comfortable and all bedding was adequate for our stay.
I would recommend the apartments to anyone thinking of a stay in London,we were only 5 mins walk away from Camden Town tube on the northern Line which gives you good access to main attractions in the city
