The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It was open plan with two double beds but had 2 ensuite showers which was a definite bonus. Helpful staff, quiet on courtyard view, clean, cooking for ourselves saved money so made the price reasonable compared to hotel and cost of eating out. Staff arranged adjacent room for our family so we all met for family gathering. We will return. Near enough for river & Eye, Aquarium, Tower Bridge. Local area is interesting renovated old warehouses.

The Goring presents its self as having all the values one would expect of a high quality traditional British hotel. The staff are attentive and courtious and the decor and service are excellent. Nada. Me hubiera marchado desde que hablé con el recepcionista pero me quería cobrar una penalización desorbitada. - easy to find and near railway station - Helpful, friendly staff. Arrived early, not only were we able to check in early, but also invited to have breakfast. Great 1st impression.

On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. I loved the location of the Abba Queensgate hotel; the neighborhood is very charming and a bit off the busy streets. I loved the staff, they where so friendly and accommodating!
The room was lovely, far better than I was expecting, everything worked great, the bed was comfy and room was nice and bright, the little representation of a flower made with the towels was so cute and really made us feel welcome.
