I got better service from this place than other hotels that I have paid a lot of money for. From entering the building to when we departed we spoke to three different members of staff who provided the same level of service. I would definitely visit again.

  Value for money family room. Room was clean. Being able to have a bath. Décor, soap provided. Good sized beds. Lifts and corridors clean. Breakfast was great. Staff conscientious of asking if everything was ok. Staff rearranged rooms so we could be next to our friends. The 12 noon departure is fantastic. No pressure to be out by domestic staff. Th... lo que la gente dice » e rooms must have good sound proofing as we didn't hear anything from outside our room. - Every employee was friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating.Prices were reasonable and rooms clean and relaxing.We had breakfast and dinner for the 3 days we stayed and the meals were excellent.My 1 yr old daughter has a severe milk allergy and you were able to provide us with a list of ingredients for certain foods assuring us that certain foods were milk-free.The best hotel experience received by us bar none.

  • Value for money • Clean & nicely decorated • Even though there are no staff present – they are only a phone call way and are very prompt in answering calls and dealing with any questions/issues you may have. - It was clean and tidy.
