Melissa at the reception was terrific. She was very helpful and accommodating. She received a parcel for me and it was waiting in the apartment when we got back from Paris. The location is excellent. A 3-minute walk from Earl's Court station which has the Piccadilly and district lines stopping here so it's super convenient. There is a Sainsbury local, the co-operative and M&S near the station (for food supplies) plus a Boots and a stationery shop. Lots of eateries too.

The staff are incredibly friendly, while being laid back. The hotel is an old Georgian townhouse on a lovely street and within a 10 minute walk of shepherds bush empire. There are a small row of shops over the road which is handy, and the grove restaurant opposite is lovely too and was offering a discount to London Grove guests while we were there! The breakfast was good - cereal, yoghurt, fried/scrambled eggs on toast and tea/coffee.the lady who makes the breakfast is so lovely and immediately

The staff were incredibly friendly. The Hotel is very well positioned with excellent links to public transport. We were using it for ease of access when going to West Ham for football and its about a 30 min walk. Excellent food outlets throughout Stratford. Very reasonable prices and large choice when using the Hotel bar. Breakfast very adequate (fresh fruit,cereal) before moving on to freshly cooked items which you can tell are all freshly prepared. Very good value for money. would recommend a

convenient and economical to cook your own meals if you want and the
house provide eggs, cheese, milk , ham and fruit juices in an 24h
open access fridge but also little empty fridges for personal items
in each floor.
