Located very conveniently for business in the City and also for leisure at the weekend.

For a 5*, even though I know it is not a hotel, I didn't expect to have to bring my own shower wash for a 2 night stay - and we quickly ran out with the teeny tiny container provided. The name "Serviced Apartments" led me to believe there would be cleaning service every day (with replacement of the shower wash!) and there wasn't. But it didn't matter too much - we really enjoyed our stay.

Clean, neat, had everything I needed. Although I didn't use the milk or coffee and tea, it was good to see that (I brought supplies)

Tranquility 89% of the time. Surroundings fantastic.

Had a leak which was nit nice..As carpet was soaked. Horrible smell possibly from the leak ... Noise on Saturday night from the night club below

1. The building is old but inside all is new! 2. nice bath and designe 3. washing mashine 4. there were 2 of us and we need separate beds. they only have 1 kingsize bed apartments but they organized the second standart bed for us.

1. Noisy outside (we had to sleep with closed windows 2. not easy to find !!! we've been looking for the entrance for half an hour!!

Everything is entirely brilliant! Location: 2 min from Cannon street and Monument tube stations. 30 sec from bus station (note bus#15 will bring you directly to Bond street in 25 min). Great! Splendid Borough market is located on the other side of London bridge, no more then 10 min by walk (truly the best choice of fresh farmed or caught food one could have in London). River side walking path as well as Tate modern museum are also pretty close. The area itself is safe and quite. Design: The room is very very tastefully and smarty furnished and gives needed comfort for long staying. The kitchen equipments are high class and were rather untouched by previous guests. The mattress and linen were also good. Staff: assistance of receptionist during check-in was in place. Thanks to him!

Very clean, actually staffed when I arrived which can be unusual for apartments, couldn't have asked for more from the facilities in the bedroom/kitchen. Plenty of storage areas for people staying longer

Would have liked a bath as well as the shower

Good location in the city. High standard of finishings and equipment.

Hard to find and access via steps is difficult with heavy luggage.
