This is a great, modern apartment for those who have kids or just need
something more than a hotel. The kitchen was well stocked with the
basics, and the appliances were all so nice and new. The staff went out
of their way to let us check in a bit early and a bit late. The location
was great - in "zone 1" of the underground, and 2 tube
stations were less than 10 min walk. Also, there were plenty of taxi

Fabulous. Great location next to Vauxhall station, lovely roomy apartment with a beautiful view if the Thames from the balcony. Lovely girl called Jasmine met me on my arrival to handover keys and show me the apartment and couldn't have been more helpful. Tesco, Sainsburys and Waitrose all close by for groceries and just a short tube journey to anywhere in Central London you fancy. Really felt like a home from home.
The apartment was nice, good location, close to metro.
Fairly nice surroundings, walking distance to some major sights, such as Parliament, Westminster Abbey and Tate Britain.
bo.oked in to one bedroom apartment, we could'nt sleep for the noise, and blinds fell down, so we got moved on friday to a two bedroom apartment.
our apartment was very central to grocery shops and the tube. everything we needed . our welcome was friendly.
I loved the arrangment for recieving the apartment, friendly, and the view of the apartment on the times river.
Warm welcome, facilities, metro station very close, Tesco open late at night just beside the flat. Big flat.

new building,good location near tube and bus station, caffe near the thames river , good for family , near the center of london.
The location was perfect as it was close to tube as well as London eye... Good for family vacations !.

Would have been nice if there was a map of the local neighborhood
pointing out the nearest grocery stores and restaurants for take
out. Also did not have a regular telephone, as far as we could tell
(many travelers mobile phones from foreign countries won't work,
like ours).
The bathrooms could do with updating and looked a little tatty but perfectly functional so really not a big issue for me.
The kitchen sink was stinking - something smelly in the drain.
( The view was to the wrong side of the building, only partially nice to Thames ).
we were in the two bedroom apartment,in the bathroom in basin we could'nt empty basin, no lights in bathroom, so we had to use the other b/room has they asked us not to use it.wardrope would'nt close, properly, it was just small things wrong, but the money what i paid should of been right.
little things that werent fixed e.g. wardrobe in the master, shower holder in second bathroom wouldnt hold the shower head up. leak under the kitchen sink, fridge door didnt shut. i know they are little things but annoying.

Cleaning one day per week.
the cleanning facility, not easy to check in, cleanning one a week , the water heating was not good working so i had to call them mor than once to solve it, but generally it was good.no telephon or reciever for tv channel ,.
Many problems with the flat which took a lot time to fix!.
We are fully upset from management because
1- The 2 bedroom windows are closed and not working.
2- The bathrooms aspirators are not working.
3- The internet not working.we make multiple complain with no response or even apologise.
