The bottle water facility, and coffee in the ground floor , both, are great ideas. The WIFI around the building with an easy access is other great idea. And the best, the staff and the place. I am going to include in my company preferences (I am Director) right now.

The guest store room was an excellent idea, having extra supplies of items to use in the room, particularly milk sachets and pillows. The access card/key worked well for access and security. The terrace would be a lovely place to sit in the summer.

A room for two people could always do with a second chair.

Value for money if you spend your weekend at Quaters Club. Competent and friendly staff. Located in the heart of London (City of London). Excellent tube access (Holborn) Free internet access. Coffee bar for free.

It was efficient, functional and provided almost exactly what I needed for an overnight stay for business and social purposes.

Fantastic facility. Location was great. Tucked away in the heart of Central London. Lincolns Inn Fields was directly across the street so I could take my walk/run in the mornings. Staff was extremely helpful. This will be my "go to" hotel whenever I am in London.

The room was a bit too hot.

Great location. Staff were very accommodating. Water dispensers. had to leave before breakfast was put out but appreciated the snacks, fruit and coffee available in the lobby. Close to Holborn with direct line to Heathrow; cheap and direct

Location for sites/tube and many easily walkable etc. Elegantly simple and comfortable with pleasant and helpful staff. Good computer and telly facilities in room and elsewhere. Excellent climate control. It worked! Comfy big bed and a nice little set of books such as a Thesaurus/dictionary and entertaining books on the curiosities of London.

No fridge to keep milk, white wine etc. Milk went off... No safe but not an issue. There was nothing else that I didn't like.

I liked location - holborn metro station just behind the coner. Free good internet. Like all club quarters hotels - they have free water bottles in each store for take away and free tea/coffe making facilities in lobby.

Room was quite small and dark (small window facing another building's wall), rooms were not very soundproof. No mini bar in rooms. Hotel itself doesn't have their own bar or restaurant.

Location was great for all our needs shopping and shows. Hotel was well appointed and clean with very helpful staff. Bill's restaurant next door serves a fantastic breakfast.

(i) Very welcoming check in. Arrived at 12.00am (3 hrs early) and was given free upgrade with no hesitation. (ii) Room was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and very restful. (iii) Bed was extremely comfortable. (iv) Room air temperature control was easy to operate and very effective. (v) About the first London hotel I've stayed in that was totally quiet at night. (vi) Excellent location. (vii) Fantastic value for money by London standards.

(i) Shame you don't provide a traditional cooked breakfast but plently of places to eat on Kingsway. (ii) A bit too warm in a 10.5 duvet but not a major problem.

This was a excellant hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Very clean throughout. Bed was really comfortable and we had a quiet room and the best nights sleep we have had, not just in London but anywhere in the UK. Excellant location for shows and central London. Across from the hotel was a lovely park which gave the impression that you were not in central London. Highly recommended.

No complaints on any aspect. Would definitely stay here again.

Very centrally located. Five minute walk from underground Holborn station. Wonderful restaurants. Staff was extremely helpful with all needs. Concierge took time to go over routes that we could take to our destinations. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location - close to everything but without all the noise and traffic Very comfortable rooms - ideal for leisure or business Loved the chilled water available in the corridors, the free tea and coffee in the reception area. Brilliant idea to have the guest cupboards on each floor to get extra pillows, an iron and ironing board etc

The air conditioning could have been a little bit stronger to cool the room quicker but if left on whilst out of the room it worked a treat!

A very modern , clean, well appointed hotel close to Holborn Tube station but set back off the main road in a lovely quiet street opposite a pleasant square.

Very clean, staff is extremely nice and cooperative. Loby offers soft drinks and light refreshments. The location is great! Close to main shopping area but on a quiet road.

The room was very very small and we had a baby cot so it became even smaller. There's no mini-bar in the room so we were not able to store anything cold.

This is a very comfortable hotel well located within easy walking distance of a lot of London activities. As such it is ideal for a weekend visit. No eating facilities in the hotel but there are plenty of good restaurants nearby.

Air con units outside our window were a bit noisy at night.
