The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
We would definately stay there again. Check in was at Topham's Hotel several doors up the street, seemed to be much higher standard than the Mews down the road which had no staff presence.

Bed very comfortable
Plenty of towels. Bedside table had come off wall and hadn't been fixed, toilet roll holder also broken, large piece of black fluff on carpet, other wise basic but clean.Lighting rather, odd table lamp flex stretched from tea table onto top of wardrobe provided main lighting.No ambience e.g no pictures on wall, no welcome pack. todo comentarios »
