Lo que la gente dice
The location was excellent. Easily accessible by public transport on the bus and tube lines.
The room I got was able to accommodate 8 persons.
Breakfast was simple of bread and croissants.
Location
Being able to relax with thanks to private bathroom, TV and comfortable bed.
Friendly staff and hotel is clean.
good location.
Staff were courteous and helpful. Room and facilities were spotless. Tea/coffee ample. Working TV. Quiet location but close to shops and Kensington gardens. todo comentarios »
Location was excellent. We paid cach thanks to other guests review. Clean room and ok breakfast. Toast and tea if you asked for it.
The young gentlemen who worked the desk was extremely helpful and polite.
Position.
Nothing! The hotel was crap and very expensive for the horrible place we were in! The guy at the reception and the cleaner were nice person.
The location was perfect, not too far from the center, 3 stations only, Halal food and best exchange rate just nearby.
Not far from the queensway tube station, it had a door and a window. The
rest was poor.
Close to Hyde Park for a concert.
Price.
Price.
Nothing-Checking out was the best bit.
The location. Hot water.
not a lot...
Location.
NOTHING.
Nothing.
There was only 1 toilet attached to the room. It meant long wait to get ready in the morning.
There were some problems with the room and toilet door locks, and required a fair bit of effort.
The breakfast
Could have 24 hour snack/vending machines
Could supply small bottles of shampoo, toothepast and body wash.
Everything is good.
chek-in is too late.
No sink plug in room or available. Single room in urgent need of decoration. Electrical sockets loose and variable in function. Had to pay cash as machine "broken".
The madrasses could be better. You could feel the springs.
This is NOT a hotel, it is a hostel. Mattresses were stacked in the hall, bugs in the entrance, wires across the room. Breakfast was a roll, cornflakes, milk and coffee--no meat, egg, or cheese,
or other choice.
Bed had springs digging into my back. Very old. Didn't like it at all.
The smell, no doors in the wardrobe, no safe, no drawers, poor lightening, no remote control, heating on and off are made by the reception and furnitures are very old.
Cash only! Sound like a tax dodge to me. Room could have done with a
lick of paint, no plugs for sink or bath, no soap to wash hands, no
shampoo or shower gel, I paid £80 to stay here what a joke, should have
been £35. Will not stay again. Also has the worst pillows in the world
better off sleeping in a cardboard box on the street outside.
Said on site there was parking, what it didn't say was that it was road side parking with a meter. Card payment machine didn't work properly. Room was dirty, hadn't been vacuumed. No spoon for the tea making facilities. Couldn't get hot water to run for shower. Hotel was very shabby looking and in urgent need of redecorating and attention to carpets.
Tiny room & Uncomfortable mattress.
Not clean - pringles left in room by cleaner, front desk on a scheme as
not accepting credit card as merchant not accepting but card worked
everywhere else in London - saw same issue with other at check in.
Closed breakfast before 9:15 on last morning when posted breakfast in
lobby to 9:30am. Last night very noisy til 1am in morning.
Breakfast, staff.
The bed was unsuitable to sleep on. It was in very poor condition andI've never slept on a worse bed. Paying 10pounds deposit to get a remote. Room was very shabby condition and the accommodation was way overpriced. I've never stayed in a worse place and it was expensive!! One person working day and night and had to wait for service. He said he would bring us something to improve our bed and he never did. This place was terrible!!.
the card machine did not work which meant i had to withdraw 180 pounds to pay by cash... did not get a great feeling about doing such a thing.
also, room was simply full of beds, with no living area what so ever.
Noisy beer swilling, woman beating hooligans shouting, slamming doors, banging, swearing and there being no policy in place to prevent it. We had no sleep all night with a young child and breakfast comprised of a bowl of cornflakes or a quason. No variety.
Buffett Breakfast-Nothing but role and imitation croissant.Bed uncomfortable, staff rude, dirty, noisy, drilling at 08.00 in morning. The worst Hotel I have ever stayed In (I have stayed in better Tent's In Kenya than this pit).
Maintenance. Standard of furnishings poor - torn stair-carpet, broken TV and remote, loose light fittings, chipped bath, no mattress or pillow covers under sheet/pillow-case dirty cup, solid, green milk in mini-containers, clothing left in room, rubbish in waste-bin, no early breakfast despite phone request.
couldn't get our room till well after 6.30pm could not pay by card as stated on the web site, good job we had some cash with us.Room was too hot and could not switch the heating off..
They didn´t accept credit card payment, not gentle staff, not clean room, old beds, dirty bathroom,.
the hotel didn´t respect the terms and conditions of my reservation, they didn´t accept payments with credit card. the room didn´t have soap an tv remote control¡¡¡¡. the worst hotel in my life.
Staff is indifferent
Fcilities is old and out of service
Dirty
Terrible selection.
This is the worst hotel I have stayed in London.i have been working a
few days a week for 25 years and this Hotel is a complete rip off.the
windows did not close properly, the toilet light did not work there is no
window in the toilet and the fan did not work they do not supply
soap. The breakfast consisted of bread and jams with warm orange
juice. The cost of £275 per night is a joke, your company needs to take a
long hard look at what hotels you are diplaying on your site.
Staff manner on arrival
Poky, dingy room poorly furnished
No toilet roll.
