On arrival we were told that we had been upgraded to a club room in
their sister hotel the "Mountcalm" that is located across the
road. All the staff where very friendly and helpful. The room was modern
and stylishly decorated with a super king sized bed. The location is
perfect for Oxford street, Hyde park and the tube. -

The location is fantastic being so close to the shopping district. The room was nicely decorated and couldnt be faulted in any way. Kristina who we checked in with was very helpful and friendly. For the amount we paid and the location it was in we couldnt have asked for any more. -

Our deluxe room was beautiful and quirky (also the rest of the hotel).
Amenities were complete (miller harris toiletries smelled great, good
size too). Concierge and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Free
fast wifi and buffet breakfast were great too. Good west end theatres
within comfortable walking distance (to watch Les Miserables, The
Phantom of the Opera and soon The Book of Mormon).

The attention to detail was superb, I even got a phone call from the
owner to check I was ok and that I was comfortable. The private
bathroom just across the tiny corridor was clean and fresh, the kitchen
also for a catered apartment was also just across corridor and had all
you needed to make your meal. They even left a hairdryer in the
wardrobe.

Friendly & accommodating staff. Always on hand to help. I was very grateful as I arrived on an early flight (20+ hours) and they arranged a room for me prior to normal check in and also did the same for a late checkout. I loved the Rosebery so much I extended my stay from 1 week to 2 weeks. Close to tube and buses right on your doorstep. Good supermarkets and felt safe at night - lovely neighbourhood - close enough to all the main attractions, but not so busy. Special mention to John (
