The staff are very well trained and always pleasent and helpful. The bar of the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and is very popular which I have found in other hotels we have stopped in, not to be the case.

The hotel was clean and stylish with nice finishing touches such as the free soft drinks in the mini bar, ipod dock and speakers in the bathroom. We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment on the food but we did have drinks in the bar and cannot fault the staff, they were friendly and helpful, even giving us a free bottle of house champagne

We had the king room and the facilities and layout, space available was fantastic, decor and choice of room furniture is brilliant and gives added value to the stay, the room had two large double beds plus a lounge area and seating area for desktop work. Free internet and free minibar included as part of the package. It is 2 minutes walk from earls court tube and 1 minutes walk from earls court high street. Everything very smooth and an oasis to have so much space in comparison to the ordinary hotel room in London. Good shower and toiletries! Melissa at the reception was terrific. She was very helpful and accommodating. She received a parcel for me and it was waiting in the apartment when we got back from Paris. The location is excellent. A 3-minute walk from Earl's Court station which has the Piccadilly and district lines stopping here so it's super convenient. There is a Sainsbury local, the co-operative and M&S near the station (for food supplies) plus a Boots and a stationery shop. Lots of eateries too.

This is a quality hotel in a good area. The staff are very professional and the Concierge team (particularly Head Concierge, Rafiq) very helpful. I have stayed 5 - 6 times over the past 9 months and have been in different double rooms each time and all are clean and attractively designed and with adequate space. Breakfast price is reasonable and if we would like to have full english breakfast, we can ask anything.
Locaton is good for shopping, dinning, and close to V&A musium.
Toward Knightsbrigde, we can walk through Wolton street which is interesting.

servicio, habitacion , personal en especial Steven el concierge que nos consiguio por adelantado entradas para musical. - tiene una ubicacion muy buena, muy proxima a estacion de metro. La habitacion excelente, de tamaño un poquito pequeña pero suficiente. La limpieza perfecta y la atencion tambien. Volveria seguro al mismo hotel. Lo recomiendo.

La atencion a los detalles, como por ejemplo servicio de noche donde te vienen a echar las cortinas, abrir la cama y poner unos bombones. Toiletries excelentes tambien. Calidad de la comida y limpieza absoluta - Es la quinta vez que visito el hotel y el nivel se mantiene, limpieza, centrico, personal, es excelente.
