The design of the hotel was out of this world. Stunning. Beautiful.
Airy. So homely. The staff were so friendly, ever so efficient, above
and beyond. It was natural too, not false. They made me feel really
welcome, and that mattered an awful lot, being a solo traveller.

Very modern and upscale decor Interesting quotes about travel along the
hallways, and unique lobby decor. Visually captivating and intriguing.
High tech room. Tablet controls almost every feature in the room. Very cool.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Personable and warm. Came across as real people and not trained script readers of how to interact with guests.

We were very impressed with the facilities. Quite often although a hotel claims to have a gym and pool they rarely offer the sort of quality found at this Novotel. The location was great - Southwark tube is 2 minutes away, St Paul's cathedral is a 15 minute walk and although the location is pretty central, we did not find the area too busy at all.
