Its position was brilliant - so accessible to the tube - the fact that breakfast was included. It was a decent size room and was clean. Also the ladies serving in the breakfast room were lovely - friendly and helpful and knew exactly what we wanted and very happy to mix and match breakfasts. Very poor reviews on the internet nearly led me to cancel this hotel however for the price we paid it really was excellent - friendly staff, clean rooms ,sheets and towels also spotless and clean towels every day.Breakfast which was included was a decent full English or continental . Its location to paddington was a big plus perfect for a couple of nights away

I lived in this hostel from 15 till 27 of April 2013 and I would
recommend it, because the location is perfet, 5 min from the tube, rooms
are clean and staff is very friendly! Bathroom is clean and good.I Loved

Fantastic position for tube and bus too, staff very friendly and helpful (I don't know why I had a better room, with private bathroom, free of charge), delicious full english breakfast and have it in a pub is very nice, wifi very good, room and private bathroom clean and comfortable- discounts if you eat in- I'll be back for sure!

The guy at reception was unbelievably nice and did everything to help. I
didn't have my phone charger and was out of battery so he lent me
his, plus I had to check out before breakfast so he brought it to me the
night before! I was well impressed with his attitude and friendliness.
Other than that the place was very clean and excellent value. Also there
was loads of stuff nearby and it's right next to Paddington station.

Friendly, helpful staff. Location just round the corner from Paddington made getting into London very easy. Despite our room not having a fridge, staff were very happy to store food in their fridge which meant our packed lunch and baby food stayed fresh and useful for our entire stay. -

The location is superb, just minutes from Paddington Station (train and tube stop). The staff are friendly. We were not only allowed to leave our bags before checking in, but invited to have breakfast (a free meal!). The rooms aren't huge, but they're a reasonable size. I would happily stay there again. -

La situación del hotel es muy buena. El personal era muy amable e intentaba solucionar cuanto antes cualquier problema que pudiera surgir. Viajábamos dos parejas y una niña pequeña y nos facilitaron un lugar donde dejar el carrito de la niña para no tener que subirlo y bajarlo de la habitación. La limpieza de la habitación también fue excelente. -
