We had an excellent stay - the staff were so helpful, polite and personable. Our room was prepared with an extra bed as requested, it was comfortable, clean, good size and well decorated. The food was excellent, lovely to sit in the bar with the pianist playing beautifully and it was super to use the leisure facilities. - our room was spotless as

Leisure facilities although not used looked exceptional and i must allow mself more time next visit. Breakfast was great.

The Spa was amazing and rooms were very clean and tidy the best hotel I have stayed in Bournemouth. All in all a wonderful weekend, will be going back soon - Accessability to the beach. Use of the facilities - but unfortunately we couldnt get any treatments as they were fully booked

Myroom had a double bed with a side sea view which I liked very much. Itwas quiet and relaxing (ie no long children or noisy families) and thebreakfast was very good - a more than adequate variety (fresh, goodquality). The staff were nice, helpful and yet unobtrusive.

The service from all staff was prompt efficient and friendly. When a problem arose in the allocated room another room was immediately offered. Although the purpose of the visit to the area was to attend a family funeral the extra days that we stayed were very relaxing and enjoyable at the hotel.
