The welcome was lovely when we arrived and everything clearly explained. The room was fine, the bed comfortable and the bathroom facilities good. There were tea and coffee making facilities, but we had to ask for more tea bags and milks as only two were provided.

Excellent location for the O2 and also for quick and easy access to the city of London and London Eye, an excellent 'city' location with the feel of not being in the city. Wonderful restaurants and pubs in easy walking distance. On a good day it is highly recommended to take a river cruise to Westminster using the 24 hour Red rover ticket which allows unlimited 'hop on and off' travel. The room was large and beautiful. The double was two singlew together but still very comfortable. Separate toilet and bathroom which was useful and very clean. Much better than expected. The staff were friendly and when help was requested from reception came to help promptly. The location was a 10 minute taxi to the O2 which was great for our conc

Excellent location. Very easy to find from Greenwich DLR station, so good public transport links into the centre, coupled with plenty to see and do in and around Greenwich itself.
Doesn't try to do too much, just concentrated on doing what it does well. And generally succeeds. -

The apartments are very new, so everything is in pristine condition.
I liked the gated secure underground parking (£15 a day).
The apartment was also very quiet, which was fantastic as I am a light sleeper. Only a few minutes walk to Cutty Sark DLR and all that Greenwich has to offer. Also the Waitrose being so near is a bonus.

I liked the friendliness of the staff who did go that extra to help out. The bar food was reasonably priced for London and of good quality. The half price first drink was extremely welcomed after a long day.
Free wifi good. Breakfast adequate. Lots of seating in the lounge area.
Overall, as hostels go - fabulous experience. -
