The owner, his wife and other staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to advise us on places to go, eat, etc.
The hotel was central to the town and away from the beach front which meant that it wasn't as busy or noisy as other hotels.
We particularly like LLandudno as it was full of independent shops, different from main towns.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was served at your own table. Plenty of it and freshly cooked. The public areas all had that air of a traditional old hotel.

Room had a lovely sea view and close to town and was walking distance to Orme and tram ride to summit. Weather was beautiful and a lot going on with the Victorian Extravaganza weekend. Breakfast was adequate and staff were attentive.The new owners having been there for only six months were striving to improve hotel and with the refurbishments they have done have improved the presentation immensley. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, as a ceoliac I was made more than welcome and given plenty of choice when it came to menus. All the staff where really helpfull and friendly and we where made to feel extremely welcome. - Really good experience. Lovely situation.
