This is a luxury city hotel with a feel of staying in a grand family home. Staff are particulary helpful and friendly and make you feel very welcome from the minute you arrive. Fantastic location 1 min from Embankment tube yet discrete and quiet.
Marvelous homy room decor with a wide selection of channels both English
and Arabic (All MBCs, Dubai tv, Qatar, etc) and other languages.
Exceptional staff and service. Concierge managed to get us last minute
theatre tickets (1 day before the show). Very convenient to have early
check-in and late check-out. Espa is wonderful, one of best in London.

Perfect location, very close to Trafalgar Square and picadilly Circus. Booked Deluxe room and were upgraded to Junior Suite. Biegest Hotel room I've ever seen in London!

Our deluxe room was beautiful and quirky (also the rest of the hotel).
Amenities were complete (miller harris toiletries smelled great, good
size too). Concierge and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Free
fast wifi and buffet breakfast were great too. Good west end theatres
within comfortable walking distance (to watch Les Miserables, The
Phantom of the Opera and soon The Book of Mormon).
