Superb hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Arrived early to leave my bags but was told there was a room available - not the best room but it was ready now. So I happily checked in and was taken to my room and shown a shortcut out rather than the maze through hotel. Room was slightly small but lovely. Super comfy bed, quiet, lovely bathroom, great facilities. Cookies were provided in the room on arrival and in the evening a complimentary fruit platter and mineral water was delivered. A t

Excellent room with everything that a business traveler would need. Huge bed and luxury bedding and pillows. Polite staff and attentive to needs. Great location for business in London; easy for tube to anywhere (from Barbican, five minutes walk away). Last minute rate made it very reasonable cost for the undoubted quality. . -

Very comfortable and modern rooms. Older building repurposed so some quirkiness (corridors) but it just adds to the fun of the outing for me.

My husband and I stayed at the South Place Hotel for a week's
vacation. The hotel is in the heart of the business district, so it is a

Location: Great!!! Within 10 minutes walk from Liverpool station when
figure out the way and actually another station Moorgate is just around
the corner. With marks and spender just opposite to the hotel, it makes
it more perfect! As can buy snacks / bottle water easily on our way
back to hotel. :)

The Andaz is stylish but relaxed and we were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived. The staff are great, nothing is too much trouble. Spotlessly cean in a areas. We were upgraded and a little birthday cake awaited us in our room for my husband's birthday. Requests were dealt with immediately and we even got a tour of the hotel as we were interested in the history and architecture. The location is ideal. Well done Andaz for making our stay so enjoyable.

Staff were good and attentive, good value if you are staying for a weekend as the City is shut, absolutely nothing open within a square mile! so be prepared to get a taxi into the lively parts of London, we paid a tenner each way into Covent Garden so based on the weekend saving it was worth it, have stayed in better 5* hotels than this but ok.

We went to London for a weekend, as me and my girlfriend love the city.
We especially liked the location - few minutes walk from Farringdon
tube/rail station. So we had no problems getting around the city.
We booked a studio. It was good overall, however showing signs of wear and tear. As we didn't spend much time in the apartment it was ok for us

Exceptional quality, Comfortable and Clean. Close to tube 2-3 minutes. Staff very accommodating and provided extra bedding to make use of the extra large sofa. Fully equipped kitchen. Can opener, wine opener, set of 5 high quality knives, induction hob,good quality crockery and cutlery. Atleast 5 taverns/pubs and coffee,snack bars within a minutes walk.
